Step 1: We will request detailed dimensions along with pictures or take delivery of your gearbox.
Step 2: We build a pattern for each individual gear box to ensure the best fit.

Strap locations, mounting points, removal for service.

 
Step 3: Prepare materials for to fit pattern.

We use Kevlar material.
Step 4: Prepare the outer sleeve.
